  • Zucchini2 unit(s)
  • Potato1 unit(s)
  • Onion0.5 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Oregano to taste
  • Rosemary to taste
  • Basil to taste
  1. Cut the vegetables into equal sizes and distribute on a tray.
  2. Crush the unpeeled garlic cloves and place between the vegetables.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, oregano and distribute sprigs of basil and rosemary on the tray.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for about 35 minutes.
