Roasted Potato Grated

  • Ground beef (stew)100 g
  • grated potato with skin3 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Water2 cup
  • Ketchup2 tablespoon
  • Corn Starch (Maisena)2 tablespoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Oregano to taste
  1. In a pan put the stew and 20 ml of water and cook the stew well. As it dries, add more water, don't let it burn.
  2. Take the potatoes with their skins and grated or cut them into very thin strips (like straw potatoes)
  3. Take the grated potatoes and add them to the stew and sauté a little, add 1 glass of water to cook the potatoes well.
  4. Cut an onion into very thin strips, and put it together in the pan, season with salt and ketchup, stir well and let the onion sauté and cook (leave it a little moist).
  5. Let cool.
  6. Transfer our Potato Grated to a small round roast, add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and oregano and mix well. Spread this mixture evenly on the baking sheet.
  7. I broke an egg on top of the Potato Grated, pierced the yolk and gave it a light mix and made it cover all the Potato Grated.
  8. The fact of not beating the egg beforehand makes it have some white parts, giving the impression of being cheese. (Ilude your family 🤭)
  9. I have a 10 Liter Britannia oven in it I baked it for 15 minutes with the top and bottom toaster on. If your oven is bigger it will take longer. Leave your Potato Gratin until Gratin.
  10. Note that at no time was any type of fat or oil used.
