- Ground chicken breast250 g
- Wheat for kibbeh250 g
- Chicken broth1 unit(s)
- grated small onion1 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic (clove)2 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a bowl, add the kibbeh flour and 1 cup of boiling water with the chicken broth.
- Let it hydrate and cool.
- After, squeeze in a cloth or sieve to remove excess water.
- Mix the ground (raw) chicken, grated onion, garlic, salt and pepper in the hydrated wheat until a homogeneous mass.
- Place in a greased shape with olive oil and drizzle olive oil on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes in an oven at 180°
- Note: you can fill with cheese and curd or also mold and fry in oil
