- Black pepper to taste
- Peel the chayote and cut it into very thin slices.
- Grease the slices with oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top with Parmesan cheese. Place in the oven to bake for about 20 minutes.
