Ingredients

  • Chuchu | 1 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese | 200 g
  • Olive oil | 1 tablespoon
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Black pepper |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Peel the chayote and cut it into very thin slices.
  2. Grease the slices with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top with Parmesan cheese. Place in the oven to bake for about 20 minutes.
