  • Olive oil1/2 to taste
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  1. Cut the carrots, leaving only about 1 to 2 cm. Wash them very well under running cold water. Drain with a cloth.
  2. Transfer the carrots to a tray. Add the olive oil and the crushed garlic, but with the skin. Season with coarse salt and pepper. Cover with a sheet of parchment paper. Turn on the oven at 200º C and place the tray in it.
  3. After 30 minutes, remove the parchment paper, stir the carrots and return to the oven, without the parchment, for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary and serve.
