- Small ricotta | 300 g
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil | 1 tablespoon
- Chimichurri | 1 tablespoon
- Pinch of salt | to taste
- In the multi-processor, beat the onion with the ricotta or mash the ricotta with a fork.
