- Salt to taste
- Pequi Tray1 unit(s)
- Claw Butter3 tablespoon
- Bake the chicken in the airfry or in the oven. Debone and cut into larger pieces. Reserve.
- Cook the pequi for 20 minutes in a pan with a little salt.
- Chop the onion and garlic.
- Fry the garlic in bottle butter, after browning, put the onion, fry a little more and put the rice, the pequi with the water, and the chicken. Mix everything and let it cook. I add salt and spices to taste.
- When it's ready to your liking, just turn it off and enjoy! It looks wonderful.
