- Water400 ml
- Saute garlic in a pan with oil.
- Add the quinoa, saute for a minute.
- Add salt and water and let it dry like rice.
- Place the quinoa in a bowl, adding chopped tomato, grated carrot, smell and rice flour.
- Shake well.
- Shape the hamburgers and place on the plate with a thread of olive oil, leaving them golden on both sides.
