Ingredients
- Zero Fat Yogurt | 200 ml
- Chia | 1 dessert spoon
- Sliced fruit | 1 cup
- Honey | 1 dessert spoon
Recipe
- In a bowl, mix the frozen yogurt with the honey.
- Cut a favorite fruit into medium pieces. I alternate melon, strawberry and banana 🍈🍓🍌
- Add the chia and you're done!
