  • Zero Fat Yogurt | 200 ml
  • Chia | 1 dessert spoon
  • Sliced fruit | 1 cup
  • Honey | 1 dessert spoon

Recipe

  1. In a bowl, mix the frozen yogurt with the honey.
  2. Cut a favorite fruit into medium pieces. I alternate melon, strawberry and banana 🍈🍓🍌
  3. Add the chia and you're done!
  4. This recipe makes a nice afternoon snack “pride of the nutritionist” 💪🏻
