Ingredients

  • Well-cooked pumpkin | 200 g
  • Rice Flour | 1 cup
  • Butter | 1 tablespoon
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese | 3 tablespoon
  • Basil leaves |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Cook the squash well (I cooked it with the skin much simpler). Knead the pumpkin well, mix the flour until it doesn't stick to your hands. Divide the dough into 4 parts. Roll up and cut into thinner pieces, cook in salted water and drain, sauté in butter with some basil leaves and the grated cheese!! READY!!
