- Well-cooked pumpkin | 200 g
- Rice Flour | 1 cup
- Butter | 1 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese | 3 tablespoon
- Basil leaves | to taste
- Cook the squash well (I cooked it with the skin much simpler).
Knead the pumpkin well, mix the flour until it doesn't stick to your hands.
Divide the dough into 4 parts.
Roll up and cut into thinner pieces, cook in salted water and drain, sauté in butter with some basil leaves and the grated cheese!! READY!!
