- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- grated parmesan cheese (thick)1/2 unit(s)
- Very full butter1 tablespoon
- Add the grated coconut and coconut milk and mix well, set aside.
- Beat the eggs together with the condensed milk then add butter and mix well.
- Add coconut and cheese.Mix until smooth.
- Place in molds one by one with the help of a spoon (can be cupcake or pie molds).
- Finally, sprinkle grated coconut on top.
- To decorate and give more crunchiness, take it to the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden.
