- Eggs | 2 unit(s)
- Tapioca Gum | 3 tablespoon
- Mozzarella cheese | 100 g
- Ham | 100 g
- Oregano and salt | to taste
Recipe
- In a plate, beat the eggs and then add the tapioca gum and salt, mix well. Place all the dough in a non-stick skillet greased with margarine over low heat. After roasting both sides, assemble with the cheese, ham and finish with the oregano on top. Great recipe for snacks or dinner replacement. Enjoy.
