In a wok, add the sesame oil and let it heat up.
Add the mignon baits and season with salt and pepper. Add the grated ginger and onion slices, stir well and add the miso.
Add the shitake and let it cook for 3 minutes.
Mix with the mirim sake, soy sauce and brown sugar and set aside.
Add the peas and then the soy sauce. Stir well and let reduce by half.
Sprinkle the sesame before serving. And it's ready 😋😋
