  • Zucchini2 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
  • Salt and seasoning to taste
  • Sliced Cheese to taste
  • Sliced Ham to taste
  • ricotta cream to taste
  1. Grate the zucchini
  2. In a bowl, add the zucchini, eggs and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well
  3. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper
  4. Put the mixture in the pan And bake in a preheated oven at 2000⁰C for approximately 30 minutes
  5. Take the zucchini omelette out of the oven And stuff it with ricotta cream, cheese and ham
  6. Take one end of the parchment paper to unstick the omelette and roll it up little by little.
  7. Completely remove the parchment paper from the pan.
  8. Cover the roll with grated parmesan cheese And return to the oven until the cheese melts.
