  1. Peel and cut the chayote into small pieces, in a pan put the garlic and oil and sauté, then put the chayote, salt and water just to cover, cook on low heat
  2. Season the chicken with garlic and salt, then put oil in the pan, heat and add the chicken, let it brown, add half a cup of water, and let it cook on low heat.
  3. Grate the carrot and cook the potato with water and salt. Assemble your plate as pictured
