  • Sliced heart of palm1 cup
  • Coarse grated cheese (use the one you prefer) you can mix several too1 cup
  • Almond flour (you can replace it with other oilseeds of your choice)2 tablespoon
  • Eggs (separate the yolks)3 unit(s)
  • Pinch of grated nutmeg1 to taste
  • Salt salt to taste test before because of the salt in the cheeses1 to taste
  • Sour cream1 cup
  1. Whip the egg whites. Turn the oven to the highest temperature. Mix the rest of the ingredients. Add the snow whites and avoid moving too much.
  2. Place in silicone molds (or metal, if you have one, smearing with oil) Change the oven temperature to 180° and take the souffle to Bake until golden on top.
