- Cocoa powder | 2 tablespoon
- Gluten-free oat flour | 2 tablespoon
- Yeast | 1 teaspoon
- Banana | 1/2 unit(s)
- Mix well and put in the microwave for 2 minutes.
- The topping: 2 tbsp cocoa powder with a few drops of stevia
diluted in little water.
- Decorate with the rest of the banana.
It's soft, light and very tasty.
