- Cassava | 1/2 kg
- Shredded chicken breast | 1 unit(s)
- Seasonings (saffron, paprika, smoked paprika, chimichurri, black pepper, etc.) | to taste
- Salt | to taste
- Put the chicken breast to cook in the pressure cooker with water until it covers, I also put several seasonings in the water and salt, but you can season it later if you prefer!
I leave it for about 25 minutes, remove the broth to shake the chicken and let it shred, then in another pan put the cassava and chicken broth together to cook cassava!
After 30 minutes, take the manioc and the broth and mix it in the blender, I leave some pieces out because I like it!
Sauté the chicken with onion and garlic and throw the cassava broth on top and that's it!
