- Beat the eggs, milk, potato, salt and oil in a blender. Place the flour in a bowl and add the blended mixture to the blender. Mix with a wire whisk until smooth. Place a thin layer on a tray greased with oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
