- Peeled and pitted mangoes600 g
- Passion fruit hoopoe with seed100 ml
- Xiiitol100 g
- Take the mango saves to the freezer for 12 hours.
- In a pan, heat the passion fruit pulp and the xylitol until it boils.
- Add the frozen squash and the still hot syrup in the food processor and blend until you get a creamy texture.
- It can be served immediately and then put back in the freezer.
