Ingredients

  • Peeled and pitted mangoes | 600 g
  • Passion fruit hoopoe with seed | 100 ml
  • Xiiitol | 100 g

Recipe

  1. Take the mango saves to the freezer for 12 hours.
  2. In a pan, heat the passion fruit pulp and the xylitol until it boils.
  3. Add the frozen squash and the still hot syrup in the food processor and blend until you get a creamy texture.
  4. It can be served immediately and then put back in the freezer.
