- Cooked White Quinoa1 cup
- Ground beef3 cup
- Minced garlic1 dessert spoon
- Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
- Chopped Mint1 teaspoon
- Sea salt to taste
- Syrian Pepper1 coffee spoon
- Dried chives to taste
- Pieces of mozzarella cheese to taste
- Pork lard to taste
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients with the exception of the cheese and lard until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Model the kibes filling each one with a piece of cheese.
- Heat the lard in a frying pan and fry the kibes until golden.
- Let them drain the excess fat on a plate lined with paper towels and serve immediately.
