  • Cooked White Quinoa1 cup
  • Ground beef3 cup
  • Minced garlic1 dessert spoon
  • Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
  • Chopped Mint1 teaspoon
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Syrian Pepper1 coffee spoon
  • Dried chives to taste
  • Pieces of mozzarella cheese to taste
  • Pork lard to taste
  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients with the exception of the cheese and lard until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  2. Model the kibes filling each one with a piece of cheese.
  3. Heat the lard in a frying pan and fry the kibes until golden.
  4. Let them drain the excess fat on a plate lined with paper towels and serve immediately.
