  • Black sesame1 teaspoon
  • Shredded and seasoned meat1/3 cup
  • shredded mozzarella cheese1/4 cup
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Olive oil1 dessert spoon
  • Small cherry tomato6 unit(s)
  • Wooden toothpick6 unit(s)
  1. Prepare the dough by beating the eggs with the tapioca starch, sesame seeds and salt. Bake in a non-stick skillet greased with oil.
  2. Stuff the dough with the cheese and shredded meat and roll it up like a pancake.
  3. Stick the toothpicks to hold and mark the distance of each roll.
  4. Cut the rolls with a knife, stick a cherry tomato on each toothpick and serve immediately.
