- Ground beef400 g
- Chopped tomato without skin and seed0.5 cup
- Chopped Onion0.5 cup
- Minced garlic1 dessert spoon
- Squeezed Tahiti Lemon1 tablespoon
- Ground cumin1 coffee spoon
- Chopped Mint1 teaspoon
- Chopped green seasoning1 tablespoon
- Sea salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Mix all the ingredients well until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Arrange the dough on a platter greased with olive oil and take it to the preheated oven at 200ÂșC to bake for about 30 minutes.
