  • Eggs | 4 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese | 2 tablespoon
  • Coconut oil | 4 tablespoon
  • Onion | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Cooked and shredded chicken breast | 300 g
  • Yeast | 1 tablespoon


  1. Cook the chicken breast and shred
  2. First, beat the eggs, oil, parmesan cheese and onion in a blender. Then add the chicken and finally the yeast. In a greased (American) shape, put the dough, bake in a preheated oven 200 degrees, until it's golden. I put flaxseed and sesame on top (but it's optional)
