  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Nutmeg1 to taste
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Oat flour or other gluten free2 cup
  • Ricotta Cream to taste100 g
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
  • grated carrot1 unit(s)
  • Shredded Chicken1 kg
  • Sweet olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella for gratin200 g
  1. In a pan, sauté the oil, onion, garlic and chicken.
  2. Add salt and black pepper, add the tomatoes, carrots and let it settle.
  3. In the food processor, beat the cauliflower, eggs, cream cheese, salt and flour, a little black pepper, nutmeg.
  4. Once beaten, add the stuffing to the dough.
  5. Grease a baking sheet with oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 30 minutes.
  6. I put some cheese on top.
