  • Almond flour1 cup
  • Melted butter120 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Spinach (bunch)1 unit(s)
  • Egg4 unit(s)
  • Fresh Heavy cream60 ml
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
  • Want grated dish50 g
  • Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic and Onion to taste
  • Cherry tomato to taste
  1. In a bowl, mix all the dough ingredients (almond flour, butter and salt) until smooth and compact.
  2. Forge the bottom and sides of a medium removable rim shape. It is important that it is non-stick. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes
  3. Book the dough
  4. Saute garlic and onion in olive oil. Add the spinach and sauté for about 5 minutes over low heat.
  5. In a container, add the spinach, eggs, Heavy cream, cheeses, mix well. Lastly, add the yeast. Mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture over the dough and bake for another 20 minutes or until completely baked.
