- Mozzarella300 g
- Pepperoni150 g

- Grated Cheese or Parmesan250 g
- Ham150 g
- Olive Oil and Oregano to taste
- 1 - Remove the cauliflower stalks, leaving only the flowers, (approximately 250 g); 2 – Grind the cauliflower in a blender or food processor until it becomes like a flour; 3 – Take it to the microwave for 3 minutes and 30 seconds to reduce its humidity; 4 – Add the cauliflower with the 2 eggs, the grated cheese of your choice and a pinch of salt to taste; 5 – Grease a shape with olive oil and open the dough in the shape of a pizza; 6 – Take the dough to pre-bake and when you are creating a golden cone on the sides, remove from the oven and fill; 7 – Fill in your own way or add the tomato sauce, ham, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, tomato, onion and oregano at the end; 8 – Bake in the oven until the cheese melts and that’s it.
