  • Cashew nut flour400 g
  • grated cheese100 g
  • light butter150 g
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Drained Light Sardines1 cup
  • Chopped Parsley1 to taste
  • grated carrot1 unit(s)
  • Pea2 tablespoon
  1. In a bowl mix the flour, grated cheese, eggs and butter and mix well.
  2. Separate half of the dough and line a non-stick roast, after greased all around it.
  3. Place the drained sardines, parsley, carrots, peas and place on top of the dough.
  4. Cover with the rest of the dough and take it to the medium oven for 30 minutes maximum.
  5. Don't let it brown too much, as the flour can burn and serve.
