• Coconut Flour | 1 tablespoon
• Milk | 3 tablespoon
• Olive oil | 1 tablespoon
• Organic Yeast | 1 coffee spoon
• Salt |  to taste

Recipe

1. Beat the egg with a mixer or fork until foamy. Mix all other ingredients, yeast last. Place in a small skillet greased with oil and cover. The fire must be low so it doesn't burn. Wait for the sides to form and turn. Let it brown on the other side and enjoy!!!
