- In the blender, beat the eggs with the demerara sugar for 4 minutes, until you form a nice cream...
- In a bowl, gently mix the whipped mixture with the coconut oil, orange juice and zest... Gradually add the flour and baking powder, mixing slowly until well incorporated.
- Pour in a mold of your preference greased with coconut oil. Bake in a preheated medium oven (180°C) for 25 to 30 minutes (keep attention to the oven: usually when it smells like cake it's because it's ready).
