Em uma tigela, misture suavemente a mistura batida com o óleo de coco, o suco e raspas de laranja...
Vá adicionando aos poucos as farinhas e o fermento, misturando devagar até incorporar bem.

Gradually add the flour and baking powder, mixing slowly until well incorporated.

Despeje em fôrma de sua preferência untada com óleo de coco.
Leve ao forno médio preaquecido (180 °C) de 25 a 30 minutos (mantenha atenção ao forno: geralmente quando cheira bolo é porque está pronto).


Pour in a mold of your preference greased with coconut oil.
Bake in a preheated medium oven (180°C) for 25 to 30 minutes (keep attention to the oven: usually when it smells like cake it's because it's ready).
