- Almond flour6 tablespoon
- Coconut oil2 tablespoon
- Can of Whey-Free Cream1 unit(s)
- Large lemon1 unit(s)
- Xylitol4 tablespoon
- Mix the almond flour, 02 tablespoons of xylitol and 1 tablespoon of cream. With the homogeneous mass, it will be ready to go in the molds.
- Shape the dough into silicone molds (here yielded 4)
- Bake at 180 degrees (about 15 minutes was enough, but keep looking)
- In a pot, mix the leftover cream, juice of 1 lemon and 2 tablespoons of xylitol.
- I put lemon zest on the cream and also on top, to garnish.
- After the dough is baked and has cooled, add the cream to the molds.
- Garnish with lemon zest on top, take it to the fridge for a few minutes and that's it!!! A delight!
