  • Almond flour6 tablespoon
  • Coconut oil2 tablespoon
  • Can of Whey-Free Cream1 unit(s)
  • Large lemon1 unit(s)
  • Xylitol4 tablespoon
  1. Mix the almond flour, 02 tablespoons of xylitol and 1 tablespoon of cream. With the homogeneous mass, it will be ready to go in the molds.
  2. Shape the dough into silicone molds (here yielded 4)
  3. Bake at 180 degrees (about 15 minutes was enough, but keep looking)
  4. In a pot, mix the leftover cream, juice of 1 lemon and 2 tablespoons of xylitol.
  5. I put lemon zest on the cream and also on top, to garnish.
  6. After the dough is baked and has cooled, add the cream to the molds.
  7. Garnish with lemon zest on top, take it to the fridge for a few minutes and that's it!!! A delight!
