  • Almond flour1 cup
  • Coconut Flour1 cup
  • Skimmed yogurt4 tablespoon
  • Coconut oil8 tablespoon
  • Whole milk powder1 cup
  • Xylitol1/4 cup
  • Unflavored gelatin12 g
  • Lemon juice3 unit(s)
  • Water1 cup
  1. Mix the flours with the yogurt and the oil until it forms a crumb.
  2. In a shape with removable bottom, place the dough on the bottom and sides.
  3. Make holes with the help of a fork and bake for 10 min in a preheated oven at 200º and set aside.
  4. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  5. Place the gelatin, xylitol and powdered milk in a blender. Beat for approximately 5 minutes.
  6. Add the lemon juice, beat some more.
  7. Pour the mixture into the dough and take it to the fridge for 1 hour and it's ready to serve.
