- Pepperoni sausage in slices2 unit(s)
- Finely chopped kale to taste
- Crushed garlic2 unit(s)
- Cook the cauliflower, onion and zucchini in pieces until well cooked. Place the vegetables in the blender with 2 ladles of the cooking water. Beat well until it becomes a cream. In a pan, sauté the sliced sausage with a little oil. When it is well golden, add the garlic and then put the cream in the pan. Season to taste. Finally, add the chopped kale.
