Low carb chocolate pudding

In a cup place the colorless gelatin, add 1/2 cup of boiling water, mix and set aside. In the blender, place the coconut milk, the sweetener, the cocoa powder, the colorless gelatin and beat for 4 minutes.
Put the pudding in the silicone mold (no need to grease) and take it to the fridge for 3 hours. Unmold the pudding and serve, it's delicious.
