Low carb chocolate cake

Em um liquidificador, Bate ovos, óleo, leite. Reserve 

In a blender, beat eggs, oil, milk. Reserve

Em uma tigela, farinha de Coco, cacau, adoçante e a mistura do liquidificador, acrescente fermento 

In a bowl, coconut flour, cocoa, sweetener and the blender mixture, add yeast

Leve ao forno médio ( pré aquecido) em forma untada e com farinha de Coco por 30 minutos. Fazer teste do palito  

Take it to the medium oven (preheated) in greased shape and with coconut flour for 30 minutes. take a toothpick test

Cobertura ganache: 
1/2 barrra de 40 g de chocolate ,corte em pedaços pequenos e leve ao microndas por 1 minuto. Depois de derretido misrurar com 2 colheres de sopa de creme de leite. Volte ao microndas por 15 segundos 

Ganache topping:
1/2 bar of 40 g of chocolate, cut into small pieces and microwave for 1 minute. Once melted, mix with 2 tablespoons of cream. Return to microwave for 15 seconds
