- Cook the chicken breast, shred it and saute it with garlic, onion and mix the saffron and set aside.
- In the pressure cooker, place the chopped pumpkin, chopped carrots, the chopped cabbage and the chayote, cook for approximately 30 minutes. Soon after, remove the pressure and hit everything in the blender, with little water. At the end, mix this broth with the seasoned chicken and let it boil for about 5 minutes. finish with coriander
