  • Cooked and shredded chicken2 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese3 tablespoon
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  1. In a blender, beat the eggs, olive oil and grated Parmesan cheese.
  2. Then add the chicken and beat again until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Finally, add the yeast and mix with a spoon.
  4. Transfer the dough to a greased and floured pan with the flour of your choice or covered with Dover paper. Optional: you can decorate the bread with sesame seeds
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° until golden. Serve immediately
  6. Bread has a shelf life of 1 day at room temperature and 3 days in the refrigerator.
