  • Cheese0 to taste

  1. Purée preparation method 1 Separate the cauliflower bunches and put them to cook in a pan with water. 2 In a blender, place the cooked cauliflowers and blend. Gradually, add the milk, the curd and continue beating until it becomes a creamy puree. 3 Season with salt or other seasonings of your choice and set aside.
  2. Preparation of the filling and assembly 1 In a pan, sauté the onion. Add the meat, salt (if you want to add other seasonings of your choice, feel free) and stir well, cooking over medium heat. 2 Once it is well cooked, turn it off. 3 In a refractory greased with olive oil, pour half of the cauliflower puree, add the stuffing, the cheese and cover with the rest of the puree. 4 Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. 5 Now just serve. Enjoy your food
