Ingredients

  • Cashew Nuts | 100 g
  • Culinary sweetener (I used erythritol with xylitol) | 80 g
  • Cocoa powder | 15 g
  • Ghee Butter | 30 g
  • Chocolate 70% | 250 g
  • Eggs | 3 unit(s)

Recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 200º. Melt the chocolate with the butter
  2. Mix all the dry and reserve
  3. Beat the eggs and add to the melted chocolate.
  4. Add the cream to the dry, mix well until homogenized. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
