- 70% cocoa chocolate20 g
- Beat the egg, oil, sweetener, half of the walnuts in a blender.
- In a bowl, mix the beaten mass with the cocoa (sifted!!!), leaving, finally, the other half of the walnuts, roughly chopped.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 230º C for about 7 minutes. Serve with the melted chocolate for 30 seconds in the microwave.
