70% cocoa chocolate
Beat the egg, oil, sweetener, half of the walnuts in a blender.
In a bowl, mix the beaten mass with the cocoa (sifted!!!), leaving, finally, the other half of the walnuts, roughly chopped.
Bake in a preheated oven at 230º C for about 7 minutes.
Serve with the melted chocolate for 30 seconds in the microwave.
