  • Almond flour1 cup
  • Coconut Flour2 tablespoon
  • Cashew Nut Flour4 tablespoon
  • Organic Yeast10 g
  • Warm water120 ml
  • Sugar1 dessert spoon
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 tablespoon
  • Sesame1 to taste
  • Psyllium2 tablespoon
  1. Make a sponge by mixing the yeast with water and sugar and a spoonful of almond flour. Set aside for 30 minutes in a dark place.
  2. Beat the 4 eggs by hand until smooth and then mix with the cream.
  3. Add the sponge made.
  4. Add the flours, psyllium and if you want, add a pinch of salt to taste. The mixture should be thick.
  5. Grease a loaf pan and then throw in the sesame. Pour the dough made and put it in the preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes. 200 degrees
