  • Almond Flour1/2 cup
  • Chickpea Flour1/2 cup
  • Coconut milk1/4 cup
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese4 tablespoon
  • Nutritional Yeast (optional)1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • White Sesame4 tablespoon
  • Sunflower seed2 tablespoon
  • Xanthan Gum1 coffee spoon
  • Pink salt1 coffee spoon
  • Yeast powder1 dessert spoon
  • Dried herbs2 teaspoon
  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender, except for the seeds and herbs, and the yeast.
  2. After reaching a smooth dough, transfer to a bowl, add the seeds and herbs and the yeast. Gently mix with a spatula.
  3. Place in a bread mold, greased with coconut oil, or in individual molds if you prefer. Bake in oven at 200 degrees for 30 min.
