- Lentils soaked overnight250 g
- Carrots, cut into small cubes1 unit(s)
- Zucchini cut into medium cubes1/2 unit(s)
- Small yams cut into cubes2 unit(s)
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Pumpkin squash cut into cubes (generous piece)1 unit(s)
- Pod100 g
- Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Salt (or to taste)01 teaspoon
- Green Spices to taste
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- In a pressure cooker, place the oil.
- Add the onion and garlic and let it brown.
- Add all the other ingredients, except the bell pepper and the green seasoning.
- Cover with water and pressurize for 25 min.
- Carefully remove from the pressure and leave on low heat until the broth dries a little more and thickens.
- Put the pepper and green seasoning
