- Sour cream200 ml
- Sweetener to taste

- Lemon zest to taste
- Put the powdered milk, the hot water in the blender and beat for 3 minutes. Then the cream and the sweetener.
- And finally the lemon juice. I beat everything for another 2 minutes and put it in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Once ready, I added the lemon zest (optional) and served.
- It is very tasty, very consistent and does not need gelatin
