  • Vinegar1 cup
  • Lemon4 unit(s)
  • White wine500 ml
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  • White onion1 unit(s)
  1. Marinate the meat for 24 hours. Mix the vinegar, wine, chopped garlic and onion, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
  2. Turn the meat or baste it 2 or 3 times with the marinade.
  3. Bake over low heat for about 2 hours in aluminum. I used a large traditional pan.
  4. After 2 hours, apply the chimichurri, I used 4 tablespoons. Bake for another 1 hour or until it reaches the crust point.
