- Almonds100 g

- Put the almonds in water and soak for 8 hours or overnight. Discard this water.
- Remove the almonds, very easy, just squeeze the grain that comes out.
- Place the peeled almonds and water in a blender. Beat for 3 min. It's ready! Strain if you prefer.
- Store in the fridge and consume within 5 days.
