  • Instant Yeast20 g
  1. 🚨 Important: Milk and water must be warm, more for cold. If it is hot, the yeast will cook and the bread will not rise!
  2. HOW TO MAKE . 📌 In the blender, beat all the ingredients; 📌 In a basin, put the beaten ingredients and cornmeal and mix well; 📌 Add the wheat flour (approximately 1 and ½ kg), gradually until the dough gets more consistent; 📌 Place the dough on a smooth surface (table, sink or bench) and knead for approximately 10 minutes; 📌 Dough point: The dough should be soft, sticking a little (very little) to the hands; 📌 If it's sticking a lot, add more wheat flour; 📌Put the dough in the same basin where you mixed the ingredients, cover with a dish towel and let it rise for approximately 50 minutes; 📌 Put it to grow in a stuffy place, being: in the microwave oven or in the stove oven; 📌 Remove the dough, separate into parts and open with the roll shaping the breads as you wish. 📌 Put the breads in the shapes and let it rise for another 40 minutes; 📌 Make small cuts, very superficial with the knife on top of the breads; 📌 Pass yolk with a little milk on the breads to get a yellowish color and sprinkle cornmeal on top (optional); 📌 Bake in preheated oven at 200º for approximately 40 minutes. 📌 This dough makes a lot, so: wrap the breads with film roll and store in a cool place. Not in the fridge, as this will harden the breads; 📌 Ready
